Be Better Realty is a cloud-based brokerage built for the professional seeking to enhance their personal brand through the Single Agent standard of advocacy—moving beyond the transactional culture and overhead of traditional franchises.
3. Onboarding & Integration
Startup Fee: A one-time $249 setup fee covers initial account provisioning (Email, CRM, and Transaction Management).
Annual Fee: $750 per year, deducted only from the first three closed transactions of each anniversary year ($250 per closing). If you don't close, you don't pay.
Why the 85/15 Cloud Model?
Traditional 70/30 brokerages carry heavy physical real estate costs. By operating as a cloud-based firm, Be Better Realty redirects that 15% difference back to the agent’s bottom line while maintaining the $12,000 cap as the primary revenue source for brokerage operations.
1. The Financials (85/15 Model)
Commission Split: 85% Agent / 15% Broker.
Annual Cap: $12,000.
Post-Cap Status: Once the $12,000 cap is reached, the agent moves to 100% commission for the remainder of their anniversary year.
Transaction Fee: A flat $285 fee applies to every closed side after the cap is met.
Risk Management: $40 per transaction (Broker Review & E&O).
