Agent Advantage
Commission Split: 85% Agent / 15% Broker.
One-Time Startup Fee: $249
Annual Cap: $12,000.
Transaction fee ($250First 3 deals)
Post-Cap Status: Once the $12,000 cap is reached, the agent moves to 100% commission for the remainder of their anniversary year.
Post-Cap Transaction Fee: A flat $285 fee applies to every closed side after the cap is met.
Risk Management: $40 per transaction (Broker Review & E&O).
